Ms. Cindi Hose

I began my teaching career at HGHS when it was a K-12 school.  I have served the HG Family for 33 years at various levels of instruction. I began my teaching career as a 6th-grade classroom teacher with a primary focus on Science, but the majority of my career has been in the field of Physical Education. I have served many students over the years, coaching basketball, softball, cheerleading, dance, tumbling, and track, as well as serving as Athletic Director for the past 4 years.  I was able to work as a bus driver transporting students to and from school by driving a bus route. Working at MVMS is a rewarding experience I will always treasure.

I am now blessed to start my third year serving as Assistant Principal of Instruction hoping to assist teachers in giving our students a competitive edge in the academic field. Educationally, I earned a Bachelor's Degree from The University of North Alabama in Physical Education N-12 and received a Certification to teach all areas in Grades 1-6.   I completed my Master's of Education and my Educational Specialist Degree from Tennessee State University. 

I am married to Captain Pete Hose of the MCSO. Together, we have 7 children who are the focus of our lives. My experiences over the years have prepared me to be a genuine leader to the staff, students, and families of MVMS. I am honored to continue to serve our community.
