Chancellor Cole

Mr. Chancellor Cole currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Meridianville Middle School in the Madison County School System. With over a decade of experience in education, Mr. Cole is a dedicated instructional leader committed to fostering academic excellence, equity, and student success.

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Mr. Cole is a proud alumnus of  Southern University at New Orleans, where he earned an Associate of Arts in Substance Abuse Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He later completed a Master of Education in Secondary Education with a concentration in English-Language Arts at Alabama A&M University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Educational Administration from Alabama A&M University.

Mr. Cole is certified as a Class A Educational Administrator by the Alabama State Department of Education and also holds a Class A certification in English Language Arts for grades 6-12. Throughout his career, he has served in various roles including English teacher, department chairperson, grade-level chairperson, curriculum specialist, literacy coach, instructional coach, and instructional accountability administrator.

Known for his student-first philosophy, data-driven decision-making, and commitment to professional growth, Mr. Cole continues to be a passionate advocate for public education and an inspiring role model for students and educators alike.
